Knight at Arms
I've waited years for someone to do this, so I'm taking matters into my own hands.  All the coding I'm doing for Dawn of Man makes me want to tear my eyes out, so I want a nice relaxing side project.  Before anyone asks, I'm just going to do modeling and some basic item coding until Warband is released, so don't ask   Also, not all references will be limited to The Holy Grail, but broader Pythonic work, such as the Spam-Eaters replacing the Sea Raiders.

FEATURES -
-- Map of England.
-- New Factions
-- New items - All throwing weapons are now animals of some kind
-- rampant silliness
-- Play as one of the knights of the round table from the film, or create your own!
-- Siege Rabbits
-- Quick battles reenacting scenes from the film.  (Swamp Castle Incident, Galahad in Peril, etc.)

- FACTIONS -
The French - Hold a number of castles in England for some reason.
Troops: Moderately armed foot-men, and the terrible Chicken Chuckers, Duck Lobbers, and Goose Hurlers

Annarcho-commune of Peasants - Self-governing body of peasants.
-Dennis!
-Peasant Woman tree, many of them armed with Cats.
-Filth-flingers
-Standard peasant weapon

Kingdom of England - Loyal followers of Arthur.  Knights of Camelot are top tier infantry, but are sadly lacking in animal-throwing units.

Swamp Kingdom - Kingdom on the edge of the map, well into the marshes.

NEW BANDITS:
Knights who say "Ni" - They will say Ni, and they will say it a lot.  Replace forest bandits.
Spam-Eaters:  Come from across the seas, searching for spam.

THE RABBIT:
May appear on the world map from time to time.

HEROES/NPCS:
Gallahad - The chaste.
Robin - His minstrels accompany him everywhere.  Very brave.
Lancelot - Insane, has a propensity to not follow orders.
Bedivere (SP!?) - High engineer skill.  Good at building siege rabbits.
Tim the Enchanter - Likes to explode things.
Roger the Shrubber - Arranges, designs, and sells shrubberies.
The Witch - Not actually a witch, but she's dressed like one.
Zoot - Naughty, evil Zoot.
Sir Not Appearing in this Mod - Actually is in the mod.  Misleading name.

I remember those guys, and I was under the impression there was one before that but I can't find it.  I sent 'em a PM.

And yes, feel free to contribute anything btw,   I've no desire to hoard this one.

edit: Did a native edit for a throwing cat item, yowling and all.  Its actually hilarious, I may upload a vid.

edit 2: Oh yeah, it was the None Shall Pass mod! Asking him for permission too.

lol this is awesome! Can't wait. The quest "Bring a shrubbery to knights who say nee" will be fun!

Technically it's Ni, and after the knights who say "ecky ecky ecky futangzumbangzizshwoay"... Ni!
Then the second quest from the knights who recently said Ni demand you to cut down the mightest tree in the forest with... a herring !

EDIT: Aaannndd.... another shrubbery!!!

The French Taunts part:
"I'm not English, Im French! Why do you think I have this outrageous accent?"
"What are you doing in England?"
"Mind your business!"
"What a strange person..."

  love it! love monty phyton!!! Best Humor Group ever!
