I'm still feeling a bit nifty about "There are some ethnic groups who can never be fully integrated into our society."

I feel like "fully integrated" in a way would mean that if I'd move into India I would burn my clothes, wear robes, abandon my language and only speak punjabi. Then I'd be fully integrated in to their society. As if people would need to "fully integrate" instead of just following the countrys laws and customs. That's problem, that's what I assume "full integration" means, assimilate.
