So, After joining a few clans and having it not work out(Mostly due to time zone differences) I've decided to attempt to create a US based warband. As I've just thought about doing this the details are VERY sketchy and I will add to this post as I come up with more information. As of right now I'd like to see how many people would be interested in a US based warband, and if possible if anyone would like to help me run it.

Name: The Order Of Perseverance
Rank StructureFrom Highest To Lowest Rank
1.Chief - Leader, Me.
2.Elder - Trusted Consul, Hand picked by the Chief. Can promote, recruit, kick. Pretty much everything the Chief can do.
3.Foot Soldier - Veteran, has shown themselves loyal, has average/above average skill. Promotion to this rank is gained with a recommendation from an elder and the O.K. of the Chief.
4.Recruit - Fresh meat, Has shown themselves dedicated enough to gain the respect of an elder.
5.Hopeful - Anyone who join's gets this rank, its a temporary rank which lasts a maximum of 2 weeks. It's to allow you to decide if you fit in, and it allows us to evaluate you. You can be promoted to recruit at anytime by an Elder or Chief, OR with the recommendation of 2 Foot Soldiers.

History
The Order Of Perseverance was founded in a time where warring factions tore apart the peaceful land of Calradia. A time where peasants were dragged away from their homes, their families, to fight for men who's hearts were just as cold as their blades...These wars went on for years, and for years peasants were forced time and time again to take up arms for a cause which was not their own. Eventually the peasants grew weary of the fighting, they decided if they had to fight it would be of their own will. No longer would they be thrown into battle, unaware of the reason of which they fight! No longer will they have their children, brothers, sisters, taken from their homes! No longer will WE fight for a cause not of our own! The time is now, we the The Order Of Perseverance will fight for our families, our land. We will fight against oppression, we will battle the corrupt, not because we are forced, not because we're following orders...but because we have chosen to. This is our creed, this is our fight. Join us or get out of the way.
