The New Throwing Spear

Alright so what is the big deal with it? You only get 6 and require a power throw of at least 8 but stats wise it is weaker then throwing axes. Is it like extremely accurate or something?

I have been playing the Expansion for about a few weeks and my current game I am using throwing weapons so I am wondering if there is a reason to drop my throwing axes in favor of the spear.

Pierce damage.

Yea, that sums it up. And it has a much higher range/projectile speed. Also I think they might have an edge accuracy wise.

And you run out faster, so you can go home and have tea earlier.
