Depends. Seen many teams formed spontaneously from pure hatred for cavalry. Cavalry is strongly hated on dm servers. In other cases its just players that refuse to fight and just chill in corner of arena jerking each other off. And then  there are ****s that join server with intent of killing others with friends/clan.
