I did not even demean the clan I do not remember sayniog you clan sucked.

Sir Gowe I have a witness willing to attest to you talking so poorly about our clan.. remember doodocoff was there when we had our first encounter with your very ignorant statements and your proposal that "since we are not elites" and "since our clan is going to fail" We should join you....

I have no pride Sir Gowe.. You can not pretend to be the victim here when you have victimized me, and my clan this whole time.. You are being very hypocritical. "I would apologize" You should apologize since you did offend me, my clan, And I think you should apologize to madocc as well. You should swallow your own pride since you are the one who started this whole thing and give madocc the credit for the win... Gowe.. I am not over reacting.. Your insults have hit deep. You have talked about first my clan, then me personally and I am appauled at how you treat madoc. How you take credit for his victory and for all the things he does but yet you never give him the credit. I know you were leading in that siege battle where my bolts DID catch you in the face everytime you charged out there. You are afraid to make a thread and apologize to us all.. You have not apologized to me for EVERYTHING you have told me.. you do not even admit the things you have said about my clan.. you do not admit it was madocs victory and he should get all the credit, not you.. and you do not even take ownership of all of these things you have said, or when you commanded in that siege scrim.

You leave me no other choice... If you are not willing to announce the apology to the public and make a thread apologizing to my clan, madoc, and myself.. Then I will have to take this public.. and reveal the true Gowe. Followed by a declaration of war..

The messages above entail just one conversation of two big ones I have had with "Sir Gowe" the leader of the GK clan. In the first conversation which was a three way conversation between Gowe, myself and Doodocoff of TBG Gowe Proposed that since our clan the TBG was not "elite" and was "going to fail" we should join him. I took great offense to this and I could not believe my eyes when I read his words saying such demeaning things about our clan. Recently we had just played a friendly scrim against Madoc of GK and his men he was commanding. It was a very good game with Madoc defeating us and all credit goes to him and his men who fought extremely well. No arguments were had after the scrim between us, only congratulating. But a day after the scrim I received the first message of the PMs above. Which then started this whole debacle.

Gowe has insulted first my clan, insulted me personally and my country, and he has in my opinion insulted Madoc by taking credit where he did nothing to earn it. He basically states that all Madoc knows comes straight from Gowe which is not true at all. If you look at the messages above Gowe tries to get out of the situation by trying to say sorry but for what? He still has not admited he was wrong for everything he said to me about my clan, the insults he slung at me personally, or about Madoc and how Madoc and the men he commanded should earn all the credit for that battle.. not Gowe.

I can no longer take the abuse and I know it will come again since this is now twice! Unfortunately I was unable to get my first 2 or 3 replies to the messages but they were all retaliation and mere laughter at how absurd Gowe has treated the situation. Gowe himself after reading this can show those to you the reader if he wishes.

I OFFICIALLY DECLARE WAR on Gowe himself not against GK the clan but only against Gowe and those who would wish to support him and his actions! This tyranny can no longer stand!

These are the rules we shall stand by and this is what we have prepared for both sides to engage by:Rules and Conditions: There will be a race for each opponent to get a total  of three victory's battles (matches) , once they obtain three wins they go onto a siege and if they win the siege they have won the war, but if they loss the siege they must fight a battle and if won they may siege again if lost the process continues until there is a winner ( The rules of engagement for the siege are 5 lives for the defenders with 15 second respawn time and for the attackers 10 lives with 5 second respawn time).

(Thank you Mad Dawg for this idea)Spies/Subterfuge - I see a variety of ways a spy could be utilized to gain access to a castle's defenses.  Therefore spies will be allowed to be utilized in this event.  The spy must agree upon these stipulations...
1. If they are discovered and teamkilled, they must go spectator and remain spectator for the remainder of the entire match. 
2. If discovered, the spy has the ability to escape if possible and retreat to the enemy forces.  If they make it to the ranks of the army they aided then they may join the ranks and fight with them.
      Sub-clause : If the spy escapes by "jumping" from a wall or tower they are not allowed to fight with that side for the remainder of that round.  (They must have time to heal). 
3. Once they attempt/succeed in making it to the other team they are not allowed to attempt another act of subterfuge for the remainder of that castle.
Battle Type: Battle and Siege
Size: 25 v 25 (If one side has more troops than the other the battle shall still continue).
Server: Pending as of now
Date:  Scheduled every Saturday
Time: 9pm east
Rounds: First to five in every round, best out of three for the map (siege battles shall be just fought with first to five for the round).
Time Limit: 15:00 minutes
Map: Random Plains and for the siege the map shall be agreed upon when the time comes.
Factions: Will be picked and agreed on by both participation
