    The year is 1392. An aging Knight Templar by the name of Henry Sinclair goes on an exploratory fleet out west. It is during this expedition that Sinclair makes a fascinating discovery, a new continent; a new world! So far as the european world is concerned, Henry Sinclair never made it back to his homeland, and never again joined his brothers.

    However, his story does not end there. Through troublesome winds and raging seas Sinclair once again reaches land. However, instead of the home he once knew, he now finds himself in the mythical realm of Calradia. There, he meets an ancient chapter of Knights Templar, hailing from Antioch, and greets them as brothers. Wasted away and ill from the journey, Sinclair grants the Order the information he possesses of the New World. His heart no longer held down by the discovery, he passes on in peace.

    Armed with the knowledge of a new continent, the Knights Templar of Antioch leave the war torn Calradia, and set forth for the new land. Traveling back to the world of their origin, the Templar seek a new purpose and place to call home. Finding a world that no longer trusts their pact, the Templars eschew their old identities, and pick up the mantle of a new order. With the founding of a new town to call their home, the Free Masons of New Antioch are ready to join the chaotic realm of the Western Frontier.​

Who We Are​

The Masons of New Antioch are a role play focused group of players for the game Persistent Frontier. We focus on bringing a better level of play to the servers, and by doing so improve the gameplay for everyone. We will allow anyone who follows the tenets of the Order to join.

Tenets​

1. From Chaos, Order: The purpose of this group is to create a better environment for both it’s own members, and the server population, to have a positive PF experience. We seek to put down players whose aims are to create chaos on the server. The bandits, the outlaws. Those are our foe.

2. From Darkness, Light: As a group, the masonic lodge is to be an example for others to follow. Masons are expected to adhere to all server rules and policies. Beyond that, masons will never involve themselves in acts which are considered griefing or inflammatory. We will act in our best interests, and in doing so act as role models for others to follow.

3. To those who knock, We shall Open: We encourage those who are interested, to please join us in game to and enjoy a more positive atmosphere and relaxed environment. Our aims are purely for enjoyment, and agitation or combativeness amongst members will not be tolerated.

4. Great is truth, and it will prevail: The Masonic Lodge recognizes the inherent truth in all sides in the battle of Colonist vs Native, and refuses to choose sides. We will act in accordance to our interests, whether that be for the betterment of one side, both, or none.

As was, so shall it be again. As the Knights Templar of Antioch were first and foremost brothers, so too will the Masonic Lodge. Before any rank, we are brothers.

Worshipful Master, or Master - The singular leader of the Masonic Lodge, this office commands the entire chapter of New Antioch Masonry.

Senior Warden - Second in command of the chapter. This office acts as the active Master in case of the Master’s absence.

Junior Warden - Third in command of the chapter. This office is in charge of the logistics of the chapter, including the finances necessary for continued efforts in the chapter.

Deacon - The first step into the official leadership of the Lodge, the Deacons provide support for the Wardens and Master to further the goals of the Lodge.

Brother - The soul and backbone of the lodge. The brothers come from all walks of life to aid the cause of the Masonic Lodge.

Initiate - The entry level of the Masonic Lodge, the initiate is the first step to the process of becoming a fully fledged brother.​
