I left my Engineer, Quth, in Chanopsis Castle as Governor. (I had just conquered it, and it needed a little remodeling.) I was on my way to Garantor Castle, which is nearby and which I also own, and was startled to read a notification that "Quth the Engineer" had won the tournament at Akkalat... which is another 3 or 4 days travel away!
Well, I immediately called Mr. Quth up in the Encyclopedia and discovered my information was good. The current date, by the way, was Autumn 9, 1099 - the same as the tournament.
Apparently, Quth heard about the tournament almost half a continent away and flew there on his magical carpet, or broom, or steampunked warhorse, won the tournament, and was home again in Chanopsis Castle in time for his mistress to tuck him in bed.
Now, if the devs say this is intended design, I think they should be marketing Bannerlord as a sci-fi title, not a medieval hack 'n slash.
My computer specs have nothing to do with this bug. And yes, I have a save game from this point and will upload, referencing this thread!
