I am back from backpacking and will begin testing again tomorrow... Sorry if this is kind of a useless post... I guess I can still smudge something in here though. Maybe add an XP add thing to the cheat menu? Haven't checked in a while, so I've forgotten, but there is a Denar cheat, right? Cause all this renown and honor is gonna make an amazing character, but he's gonna be crap in a fight. xD

Go to your inventory screen(You must remember to turn the cheats back on via the Configure menu if you have turned it off) and hold ctrl while repeatedly pressing X for 1000 denars.

No, I mean in the in-mod cheat menu. So they don't have to turn on both the mod cheat menu and the cheat menu in M&B. I know it's possible cause I've seen it in other mods... Definitely make testing a little bit easier. Difficult to rack up 1 mil denars when you're only going a thousand at a time, but it'll do for now. ;3

There is an easier way all you have to do is export your character via the stats screen(look in your character page it is located at the bottom left corner), then exit the game and go to C:\Users\{name}\Documents\Mount&Blade Warband\Characters and double click on your character txt document, from there you can edit how much money you have and what skills/proficiency's/attributes you want.

Then you simply go back in game and click on import character via the stat screen.

Enjoy being filthy rich and powerful .

It is well known and it works every time. If it did weird things to your game it means you did weird things when you edited

When you are editing that way make sure you read each line very carefully so you don't accidentally place a number in the wrong place.

Or if you put your strength or charisma past a million or a billion (can't remember which) then it will invert to the negatives. So best to keep it on a normal level

No 699 is the max for proficiencies, and apart from the million or billion limit on attributes it might as well be unlimited, its ridiculous

Then explain how i am able to get up to 1000 in all proficiencies,i used the exact same way as explained before and it worked perfectly.

EDIT: Never mind my mistake, i must have misread and "thought" i had 1000.

True but i would rather do it the proper way,it makes it more of a challenge and it allows me to weed out all the little bugs that i would have missed if i used cheats.

Common sense would say to cheat and test higher level characters and also start from scratch without cheats.. yes

It takes both IMO.

In original M&B the max number is 699.
In Warband, as far I tested, it can get... uhm.. big. Try setting agility at 99999: then you travel at lightspeed

I just set my agility to 1000 and fecking hell was it funny, i ran around chalbek castle 4 times(i'm using native to test Ssgt. Griggs's theory) within 2 minutes.

If you set it high enough you can just press forward and appear on the other side of the battlefield. It becomes very inconvenient
