The Internet (aka interwebs) and You.

Okay, so we've had a myspace thread at some point in the past, maybe a facebook thread (I think) as well, but they're long gone (and by gone I mean dead). So I figured I might as well make a new thread, but expand it's purpose a little bit.

There are a lot of things can be done or made etc on the interwebs, some lame and some not so lame. This thread will be a chance for our community to connect, or something like that.

I'm really making no sense right now so I'll just cut to that proverbial chase:

Have a myspace page? Post a link!

Have a facebook page? Post a link! (not too sure about this one seeing as how, in contrast to a myspace page, people seem to be much more private when it comes to their precious facebook page  :???: ).

Have ...another social networking page? Post a link!

Have a blog? Link!

A website? Link please!

I think you get the picture.

And yes, this is just so I can stalk you all more effectively.

I'll start.

Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=641550493

Blog: http://derekcantthinkofawittytitle.blogspot.com/

Twitter (great for stalkers ): https://twitter.com/presidentIOC

Hopefully this thread won't die too quickly.

I'll plug myself. Here's my website, which links to my blog:

http://medievalcraft.awardspace.com/

You only get to see my Facebook if you can find my name (not too hard, I think).

I have a myspace. I think I used it..once.
A Facebook. Started using that recently. Seems to be the thing with students..and everybody else. Including 40 year old family members.
I also have a bebo. I think everybody in Ireland does.
I'm not posting links. My life. Not yours.

There's no running away from the internets. You will wake up one day, tied to your bed with a cloaked figure asking you whether you like mudkips. And this will continue. You will regret ever going onto the internet. There's no running. It is inevitable.

*shakes head*

What? Hmm. Never mind. You lot will never find my facebook, myspace, bebo, livejournal, website, or anything.

You're welcome to try though -

You all must be doing some REALLY pathetic flirting if you're ashamed to post. It's alright, we've all been there *pats collective back*.

Indeed, especially when it comes to facebook; you can't even see someone's actual profile unless you're a) their friend, or b) in the same network, and even then b) will only allow you to see their profile if they have it set to allow people within their networks to see their profile.

I'm as awesome on facebook as I am on here and in real life.

bebo, facebook and myspace. I only use bebo - my space is far too confusing and full of the self-labelled 'alt/indie' crew. Skinny Jeans *shudder*
What battys.
