Let us talk about you guys and horses. How many people out there are hardcore cavalry players?

Share with us what sort of cavalry class you enjoy the most, why you like it and share some epic moments while riding on 'em hurrrrsies.

I will start by saying that I love playing as a Hussar. Why? Cus they are as fast as a racing car. I always liked the idea of a light, fast unit which I can use to hit and run the enemy 24/7. I love the saber and I love the uniforms.

One of the most epic moments that I've had as a Hussar was on the official server back in MM, when me and a guy called Chibbi, went around the enemy defences and ambushed an entire enemy infantry line where we decimated at least 15-20 people before getting shot.

[Oh, and for the people who did not get it, the thread tittle represents the language of the horses, that is how they speak. If you require translation, contact your local horse whisperer or horse language translator].

I prefer either Cuirassiers or heavy cavalry because they enable you to be both highly mobile and very deadly. Even if they take your horse out in a mass bayonet blob you have that armor on which just lets you slash away at them until they manage to get two or three good stabs in on you.

All I'm gonna say is: Rage Quit.

I play cav casually, played heavy cav in the monday public lb, managed to pick myself up about 6 kills, hadn't played cav at all with just swords since the start of MM, pretty proud of myself ... preferably would use the lance, know when to couch, know the reach of the lance ... just more confortable as a lancer.

I'd rather be Fast then Incapacitated. Lancer Or Hussar. Hussar for the speed, Lancer for the range.

In a Lb, I prefer light dragoons, as they can shoot of horseback (while standing still of course!) and at the same time be able to quickly charge through a line with sabres.
In a random fight, I mostly stick to hussars though.

French Carabiners, Cuirassiers and Hussars for me.
In some way, Hussars are alot better than heavy cavalry though.

really? Its like point blanking on a horse. Only newbie pubbers fire on horse, real dragoons fired on foot


Hussars are fun to play as, lancers are still fun to roll with

I just can't stop loving the French Cuirassier and any form of Hussar. LOVE the Russian uniforms.
