Ok, my little band of elite Khergits is up to 28 soldiers now, all waiting to be upgraded as soon as i hit level 19. They are excellent in combat, i can take on sea raider bands(20+),steppe bandit bands(22+) and groups of (40+) peasants almost without casualties, so my question is...whats next?
I hate waiting for them to level up...i hates it!!!** Is there a faster way for me to level....***could i drop them off at a hero somewhere so he can baby sit them or something??

***oh and 1 more thing....is there a way to locate heroes that i dismissed??? ( i didn't tell them to go to a specific place, i just said :"Wait here.")

Without enabling cheatmode, no... your heroes could be anywhere. I have found that the fastest way to level is to fight everything you see... try and solo them, so tell your group to hold still and then you go after them alone so you get all the kills. Another great XP getter is the "raiding party" quest. That one nets you 4500xp plus whatever you get in killing the party.
