The game is skipping Missions

I just finished raiding a camp and saving Bodo. But when i go to talk with the king they start talking about how i was ambushed in a farm and a companion that i dont have reveals himself as a spy. And now there is going to be an assembly for the death of a man i didnt even met.

devs need more information to help you. First things first: are you playing VC 2.023? That is a old bug fixed months ago, strange you are seeing it now.
