Need More Info The game does not launch past the launcher

Summary: Hi there. I am able to launch the launcher through steam. However, once in the launcher the game will not load past this point. Steam will continue to say that the game is launching but the game will not load. I have tried re-installing the game, re-installing the game with windows firewall down, and almost anything you can find on google related to the issue.

Several days ago it just stop to load.
I've been trying to use the TWCrashUploader to report it but no improvements yet.
