If you crash to desktop there should be a window asking you to send the files or not.

After you have sent the files there should be a code given by the game (which looks like this 2021-01-18_01.42.57_4fad524b502dc5d39f47374f5b22806b) we need that to check the files. It should be copied automatically to your clipboard.
