She shot herself in her hotel bathroom. Macron, Emperor of the Strogg, is now projected to be El Presidente of Frankreich.

So has Le Pen won yet or what?

She had retreated into occultation in a cave on Mont Blanc. She will return in one thousand years time, when the world is right for her guidance, inshallah.

Well the fact that trump supporters and a large Chunk of hillary supporters started talking about Russia (during the elections) as an equal in terms of military might and in terms of political influence is a HUGE HUGE deal.

After all everything in this world is based on people's perspectives, if the world sees Russia as equal to the USA; then by all means it's equal to it until proven otherwise! Putin is a freaking smart man, he's manipulated and exploited  (and maybe even caused, but that's a whole other discussion)  the world's political instability with a masterful adeptness. Confusing and scheming Russia's way back into political relativity.

After all you know the saying, you will always be judged and measure up against your enemies and rivals. If Russia is once again the USA's rival, it will be a huge boost to its economy, morale, diplomacy (with anti USA circles).

Until the oil runs out (soon), and then we can just go back to laughing at Russia and the ruble again.

oil will not run out in your or my lifetime.

Well, I'll take the word of my professor from Russia over some random internet citizen, but h'okay.

Nah hes right. With fracking there is an absolute **** ton of oil now available. Whether it's economically viable to extract matters entirely on how much oil costs.

Oil production won't stop until quite a while, and it'll probably stop not because we run out but because how cheap the other options will become.

but isn't fracking very destructive?
I've heard it's caused earthquakes/destabalised areas in a ground-sturdiness sense.

I've also hear that chemicals used have occaisionally leaked into a settlements water supply.

And i've also heard people who say these things called conspiracy theorists. I've honestly no idea who to believe regarding fracking.

No idea about the earthquakes, but the chemicals that are commonly used are indeed quite a thing. Definitely nothing you want anywhere near your water, which unfortunately they are.

Yeah, I remember that tracking was approved by the Tory government a couple of years ago in the central belt in Scotland, ie where I was staying.

My entire family were ready to blow Cameron up and blame it on ISIS.

Well, tracking skill is important if you want to find that party of bandits trying to escape.

Does it turn the Frenchmen gay?

It's true about the earthquakes, but it's not caused specifically by the fracking, but by the water injected into wells.
That method is also used in other wells. The earthquakes are also very small, but a few are over 5 (richter scale) and can lead to damaged buildings.
For poor people in ramshackle housing it can be devastating. I haven't heard of people being hurt.
