The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind

I finally bought a copy of Morrowind, so...

What are some great mods to get me started (graphics enhancers, HUD mods, and the like?)

Also, do you guys have any overall tips? I heard from many people that one of the most important things in Morrowind is to level up your agility otherwise you would be missing your attacks all the time.
