There are no crusades mods for version 1.011. Several have been in the making though - most impressively the M&B enhanced: Crusades by Zaro, but he has stopped working on it.
There is however the Crusader-Byzantine Glory by newromansc (haven't tried it):

As far as I know all the others have been cancelled. Like Crescent & Cross, Crusades mod, and other very old ones...

I know a mod that just upgrades the troops of Native M&B except instead of the Khergilts it is The Order, which is like a crusader army its Knights Mod go look it up or ask Lt. of the tower.
