Well I just picked up the final installment of the reprinted Conan books by Robert E. Howard, they were out of print since around 1986 and these are the best ever because not only are they unadulterated and un-messed up by Sprague DeCamp and Lin Carter but they have nice illustrations and this last book even includes "The Black Stranger." Which hasn't seen the light of day in many years, I also like how they tried very hard to present the stories in the order in which they were written rather than trying to fit them together in some sort of chronological order because if you reread these the way they are now it is much more fun than reading "The Scarlet Citadel." followed by "The Hour of the Dragon."

I'm not too interested in that game. I'm sure it's a lot of fun but they are just showing the same old "Tarzan" naked Conan from Marvel comic books when if you read the original stories you will know that even though he was tougher than anyone he would wear armor, and he only ran around half naked in Zamora when he was new to civilization. Later he killed more people HAHA!

The second thing about that game - it's being developed by the same company that's responsible for the infamous 'Anarchy Online', so it's very possible that it's gonna suck.

Yeah, and I bet ya anything that the game's mounted combat is not going to be as good as M&B's anyway so why bother? :

Conan is the biggest badass there is.
In every adventure he would Slay the demon/monster/evil wizard (all of the above). gett the girl and the tresure and in the next he would be broke singel and looking for new girls, tresure and adventure.

And he goes berserk all the time.

I got The Conan cronicles 1 and 2 its nice.
