Alas you appear to have the double edged sword of the shortstack. You're about 157 to 160cm/5'2ish I'd guess.  Blessing, or a curse that section of the body can be at that size depending on what you're wearing. A little darting and some cinching here and there and you'll be gold. You could also go with some foundation wear to smooth the transition to the hip.

Yep, slightly taller than that but not by much. I'm not sure my physique is really suitable for the wearing of close-fitting or maxi dresses, but I do have a pair of control shorts I can wear with this one. Also, I don't know what people think of it, but I found the dress in TK Maxx for £97. And Vraelomon, it is made of acetate and a little bit of elastane.

That dress compliments your pretty neck and shoulders though.

As for your hips, we have the same wavy shape but your waist fixes that. I always thought a tight waist looked attractive. Coupled with dresses you get a really nice fit for them.

I bought a new jacket on Sunday.

It was supposed to cost 800kr (87 Euros) and then went down to 400kr (43 Euros) and it ended at 157kr. (17 Euros.)

Lager 157 is surely a weird place..

Of course you're suited don't be ridiculous. You get that to a tailor or seamstress of any halfway decent ability, and they'll let you know how much they can do to fit  that to you. If they can then for about  20 to 32 pounds you'll have a killer dress that looks like it was made to measure couture.
That said a  little bit of foundation wear will do more than enough to just smooth what you need right now. Just don't mess with those thighs they'll be, and are, just fine. Any man or woman who says they like women or the female form, and can't appreciate those thighs in that dress aren't anybody worth knowing.

What you really need is some nice adornments to go with it. A nice armband with pearls or crystals.
Something in a Kudan/Kudan-like style.  Any decent Indian neighborhood should have a store. You don't need an expensive one just an elegant sized and well made one. You can probably get one for 16 to 45 quid easy.You can even just rent it for an evening.
