The Big Bang Theory (TV Series)

Good stuff? Yea or nay?

To those uninformed of it: It's basically a CBS television series centering around four geeks and the female neighbor of two of the geeks.

The basics of the series is Botched Scientific Concept + Addition of layman =  Hilarity Ensues.

It's got a lot of geeky stuff in it. Scientific concepts (correct as far as I know), video games, terminator, star wars, etc. all feature in the series. Season 2's ended, and AFAIK Season 3 is in production.

It shows before or after How I Met Your Mother, I'm not sure. Anyway, They're both really awesome shows.

Haven't watched the last 5 episodes of Season 2 though.

Well, the first season was much funnier. A lot more science-type jokes. The second season's more geek and social jokes.

I'm indifferent about it - I don't mind it if it happens to be on, but I don't go running to see it.

Yeah, but I find it really funny. I try to follow the series, but I never ever keep a schedule to watch TV.

I just keep the TV around for size (40+" ). We have one of those things that stores your stuff and lets you watch your video files on TV

Okay, so now I've watched 4 episodes, and I like it 
It's a pretty standard sitcom, but the characters are good and should last a while before it gets boring.

Well, I don't really watch sitcoms, so nothing's "standard" for me.

The only stuff I watch are Supernatural, this, How I Met Your Mother and House. Oh and Chuck.

It gets worse as it goes, but Sheldon still saves it. And Wolowitz is quite funny too.

It's better than the average sitcom. It's good enough to kill time with and ideal when you have a hangover.
