For Kingdoms.
Starting resources:
- 1 Village Center
- 2 Houses
- 1 Barracks
- 2 Farms
- 10 Tier-2 troops
- 5 Tier-2 troops
- 1 Tier-3 troop
- 20 gold

Troops:
Tier 1: Militia (30 points to spend)
Spawns at Barracks.
Tier 2: Infantry (50 points to spend)
Spawns at Armory. No horse allowed. No non-throwing ranged weapon allowed. Tier-1 and Tier-2 armor. 4 weapon types.
Tier 2: Archer (50 points to spend)
Spawns at Armory. No horse allowed. Tier-1 armor. 4 weapon types of which two are ranged/ammunition.
Tier 2: Cavalry (50 points to spend)
Spawns at Armory. Tier-1 and Tier-2 armor. Horse + 3 weapon types.
Tier 3: Officer/Standard bearer (70 points to spend)
Spawns at Keep (TODO). Tier-3 armor. 4 weapon types and non-weapon officer item (such as a flag).
Why 15 tier 2 troops?

Needs to be done:
For the first beta:

Step 1:
Give us your kingdom name.
Step 2:
Give us the names of your classes. 5 Classes need to be named of which one Tier-1 (militia) two Tier-2 (soldiers) and one Tier-3 (Sergeant/Officer/Flagbearer)
Step 3:
Determine weapon types for your classes, a full list is in a spoiler in the OP. Maximum of 4.
Step 4:
Spend points on the classes, 30 on the Tier-1 class, 50 on the Tier-2 classes and 60 on the Tier-3 class.
Step 5:
Get some models for your clan, both armor (retextured or new models) and weapon models.
Step 6:
Put all those models in a .brf file and pack it in a .rar archive together with the textures.
Step 7:
Get the Module System here: http://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php/topic,49267.msg1274011.html#msg1274011
Step 8:
Create a list of armor in the Module System's module_items.py language with the correct stats, if you don't know the stats just do something that looks good when you compare it to Native items.
Step 9:
Send me the .brf and the Module System module_items.py

If you don't know how to work with the Module System, try to find yourself a volunteer to do it for you.

Are we allowed to use primitive firearms (flintlocks, arquebuses) and plate harnesses?

Does the shield count as a weapon?

Do you already have a temporary classification of  the armors?
 
Yes, yes and yes. Plates can only be used after you made a Keep though. No to the classification, but expect it to be near Native. Armour ratings from 35 and higher are Tier-3, Armour ratings from 20-35 are Tier-2 and less is Tier-1. Weight and armour rating are linear.
 
Does a breastplate like this count as "plate armor"?

I'll have to find another amor for our footmen...

BTW, our troop tree is almost done, i'm just waiting for the CL to express their opinion.
