Introduction to the Commonwealth Army
Cześć! Welcome to the Army of the Commonwealth. I am known in WFAS as Albrecht Heinrici I, and in warband as FFR Directeur Napoleon. I am also known as [FAA] FFR Directeur Napoleon on the steam community and currently hold these titles:
*Kanzler of the Austro Hungarian Empire (400 members)
*Prince of the French American Alliance (700 members)
*Directeur of the French First Republic (150 members)
I came to these forums long ago to look for some good honest game play; I searched far and wide but only found campers, spammers, losers, and pickers. So I decided I wanted to make a community for us Polish lovers to enjoy. It is a military hierarchy, yet you are free to come and go as you please. The schedule is very relaxed, but if you want to upgrade your rank then you should be more active. I can host a server that can fit around 64 players, so we can use that as training (I already host a server in mm russia for 64 players). The army functions more or so like in real life. The high ranked generals are usually called Hetmans, and are of certain Noble stature, while the lower Generals have normal military titles, and the enlisted normal titles. We are an army of tradition and fun. Our objective is to ensure players get the most out of this game so that they have fun. I am of sound experience when it comes to warband though I brag I am obviously not the best; this will hopefully help you understand why I made this army: to unite players of my skill and dedication to simply have a good time. Hope you find the means to read on and get interested, but if you don't join in the next 20 minutes, I will not give you that chocolate chip cookie you've been wanting so badly.
Military Tradition
We are very serious when it comes to military tradition, for without any tradition we are just a group of random players that might as well be secretly in love with one another. The Elite of the army are the Hussars as is tradition; the halberds are the distinguished soldiers; the arquebusers are the mercenaries or infantry between the halberds and the lower ranking units. The lower ranking units are the peasant infantry, horse cavalry, and in some cases horse archers. Depending on your unit in specific battles, It can show a lot about your prestige and rank. That's how we work. We are hoping to create a long and standing military tradition in WFAS where we can recreated famous battles, such as the siege of Vienna, or the Polish Muscovite war (In which we kicked ass).
