Nope. I saw 2 different versions of the entire commercial it came from. May still have the clips somewhere, or be able to find them. That's not to say they don't have a child's TV show with big-nutted critters running around, they well might.

probably do.. this huge raccoon stood in the middle of the trail and swung that huge ass happy sack back and forth, then it showed a little girl version of Red Riding Hood making a shocked expression, wide mouth, hahnds to her cheeks..

You can see Tanuki utilizes his balls as parachute for desperate suicide attack and a big treasure ship to send out those Tanuki who can't disguise as human-being...

Wow.... just, wow. I have new respect for the Japanese, any culture that can take myths like the Tanuki in stride without freaking out are doing something right.
