Just a silly thought i had while playing. I realized the game is mostly built around the AI lords rather than the player. They have much more implemented things like diplomacy (declaring war and peace), access to better armor, access to elite troops, no negative consequences when acting recklessly due to the ability to escape whenever they please. The player doesn't have the ability to blackmail them or make them surrender even if you outnumber them 10 to 1. Their garrison seems to be unaffected by food shortages or at least not to the extent the players is. They and their friends form opinions of you based on your actions (basically the player as to bend over backwards and cater to their needs to be on their good side) while your opinion of them for their ****ty behavior means nothing and they have stat lines that are completely unachievable by the player.
