The 6th of Foot Regiment
Note the 6th foot is indeed still in command of Hammerbird but it has enacted heavy reform as of now with me, Napoleon as their new Alpha Company officer to ensure the regiment progress in both skill, but to also halt the mass recruitment of players. My criteria are the following:
*Trainer for Heinrich's regiment
*Trainer for Duke of Wellington's regiment
*Now Trainer for 6th (new trainer as of now)
New Core tenets are as followed for our public policy implementation:
-Less mass recruitment and more selective.
-More training emphasize on actual combat.
-A more selective and active few rather than a cohort of newbs. (rhymes)

For the past couple of days there have been scandals as a result of leadership adjustments and for that It will not be allowed in this thread. I would also like to remind to each his own. This regiment has been in pretty bad shape the last couple of days but I am finding the solution thoroughly training people 1 by 1 in a drill/combat simulation. I hope you consider, concerning yourself with the current situation.
