Test Combatant? also some help please?

What exactly is test combatant and the difference between it and the regular non test version?


Also on a completely unrelated note Does anyone know how to reduce lag in napoleonic wars? im from america so when i play in the US server i get no lag. But when i play on the europe server
or any server based outside of the US i get lag when reloading and firing its not just light lag sometimes i get like 10 shots behind the rest of my regiment. Any help would be greatly appreciated
i reduced settings that helped a little but not much. I wouldnt expect any replies cause this is a forum for a warband mod but my regiment doesnt know what to do and i posted in the napoleanic wars forum no help from anyone so i ask anyone who can help please help. THANKS

I'm pretty sure Test Combatant is just a fancy word for Beta, it's unfinished and is just a module for testing and debugging purposes.

And the reason why there is lag is because of your ping, the further the server location from your internet the worse your ping will become. Since you're in the US, a server in the US will give you a nice low ping, while a server in EU will give you a high ping. What's ping you might have asked yourself? It is pretty much the time frames required to send information from you to the server, and vice-versa. Or at least something along those lines.

The internet is rather melancholy since it was made for the purpose to send information from one location to the next with ease, yet the further the location is, the more you are punished.
