Resolved Terrible Frame Rates, stuttering and pauses switching to most screens

Summary: When you switch to virtually any menu it stutter badly, I have fixed it a bit by turning all graphics to low when I had most of them medium in 1.5.9
How to Reproduce: just switch to screens

The beta has made the game unplayable from the lag, it stops for 5 seconds every 10-15 seconds and during menu switching. Its been out a year and is like riding a roller coaster!

Yes. The menu screens are awful--very annoying. I would rather deal with an occasional crash than deal with this ALL the time. It's killing the game experience right now.

todays hotfix appeared to have solved the issue, 3 hour live stream went perfect, for me personally you can mark solved, thank you MArdA
