For your reference:

I expect everyone to try and find the best server/servers possible for both teams, any team that tried to gain an unfair advantage through pings will be punished. I also expect people to do this in a civil way, I'm aware it's not always the most fun and it can be very difficult to find a fair server but there's no reason it can't be done in a pleasant way.

Forcing a german/new york server against USA with a threat that if they don't go along with the servers you choose they forfeit is just about the antithesis of this rule. Fix yourselves.
