the mode needs some kind of team balancer.
i know, it is just tdm and there is nothing to gain, but every time when there are less popular factions in the fray, you have to fight against the odds.
over the time that is quite exhausting.

Totally agree, something like warbands balancing system would be really nice
 
Actually there was team balance in the beta, but they removed it going into the early access release for some stupid reason.
 
TDM is my least played game mode but I was thinking you could convert the Siege maps into large deathmatch arenas just by adding in spawn points, which somewhat exists from pregame warmup already. Also allow the server to cycle through maps maybe once per day or more.
 
This is exactly what I'm hoping for. I just want to play TDM with no King of the Hill style capture points. I'm sick of objective only game modes. I liked playing TDM in Warband. I also don't care one way or another if there is friendly fire, only that it has consequences for excessive cases.

I want to actually use different parts of the map than the 3 spots you have to fight over. I want to respawn more than 2 or 3 times. Such short breakdowns turn troop type composition into a game of rock paper scissors, trying to counter the enemy with your limited spawns and incredibly brief 5 minute rounds. I don't want to think about that. Sometimes I just want to play what I want.
 
Most annoying thing is having a default equipment in warband guarantees you success, having default equipment in bannerlord guarantees you spawn as a **** class such as a peasant. If you are a class specific player you can’t spawn as the class you want. I am aware you removed clssses and added a class system instead which allows everyone to become everything but that is just stupid.
 
Was there any ****ing need to remove the auto balance coming out of beta?

I can't believe this hasn't been re-enabled already. Half the time I join a TDM one team has twice the numbers. Bloody casual mode.
 
A variation of team deathmatch would be nice, something thats similar to the warband team deathmatch, with short rounds, no respawn, friendly fire activated, call it "classic tdm" if you will. A gamemode like this would fill this huge gap, since it rewards an advanced playstyle, yet doesn't require that much teamwork.

The only issue is that, once there is friendly fire, griefers will be there aswell, so a kick poll system might have to be considered

Siege could use a "friendly fire" mode aswell, there's just more tension when you cant blindy swing/shoot at enemies without the risk of hitting your teammates

No, I found something worse.

This gold system is utterly ****ed.

If I get to 58 kills with only 6 deaths in TDM why the **** can I not just be swimming in gold at this point. Whats the bloody point in trying to do well and stay alive as long as possible in one life if the game rewards you for dying and giving the other team points? I had 36-2 and then died 4 times while picking up an extra 22 kills, and somehow that depleted all my gold that I could no longer spawn as a Lancer and continue pubstomping.
You don't deserve gold for lancing people in the back.
 
You need to add a couple of spawn locations (maybe divide the map for both teams) that players can manually select along with an overhead camera so they can spawn somewhere NOT in the middle of a big fight.
