Last I saw on this topic was for the last patch... Well It's still an issue for me and has become simply game breaking. I don't agree with the fact that as a vassal owning more means making less money and here recently I can't even upkeep my army anymore.
All I'm asking is that someone give an updated tweak for version 1.31. I understand you can either turn it off or make it effect you less and with the new version the code for tax inefficiency has changed greatly and I'm not savvy enough in programming to figure it out by myself. I will greatly appreciate someone helping me with this issue.
