Tax inefficienty

When you own your own kingdom you have a Tax Inefficienty. Two 'weeks' ago it was at -11, now its at -20. Why?

How do i improve?

Have you gained any more fiefs? Tax inefficiency is dependant on how many fiefs you control I think.

oh, i control entire south west, cornwall... that might be why?

Because after you get enough fiefs you get tax inefficiency. Then the more fiefs you have the more inefficient it gets. In Native it tops off at %10.

So whats safe to have to have low or none?

Make your kingdom more centralized, talk to your chancellor.

Although if you're a vassal you can't.

Does anyone know how to fire the Chancellor? The option isn't in the menu.

Should be able to by talking to your minister

does your chancellor let you send gifts to lords?

Yeah that's the menu I'm talking about. I talk to the chancellor but the option to fire him isn't there.

Yes he lets you send gifts.

What do you click to send the gifts? i have tried all the options and none work, when i click on the "send a message to a lord" it just says nevermind from me.
