tax collection mod

A while back when i first started playing mount and blade i used a mod called "tax collection mod". Basically by visiting one village, castle, or town it collected oustanding taxes from all my fiefs.

A few months pass and im back on mount and blade, the mod isnt working, and i cant find it anywhere on this site. I was wondering if anyone knows whats happened to the mod
