Tavern Animation Pack Problem

I try to install this pack in my little mod, but I always have the same problem. The animations of the pack work fine I think, but when I start a fight the blocking animation with a shield don't work properly. The character, block with the two hands as if I don't have a shield.

Did you overwrite the right unused animation slots?

Maybe I did something wrong, can you tell me what slots I can overwrite?
