TaleWorlds forum down at times? (12/12/15)

A few times today, 3 as of writing this, the TW forum seemed to be down, with this error popping up.

Somebody doing maintenance or was there something wrong?

I believe that's a problem Chrome has for whatever reason with some sites.

I had this problem as well - it was a problem with Avast Web Shield, and adding an exception did the trick. The how-to is described in the link Alene posted.

I so try to use proper English, but the spell checker keeps telling me it's wrong
