Taleworlds? Are you there?

Haven't played beta, so I can't argue with that. But I am satisfied with work of TW atm. They are making patches on daily basis.

They have been doing great on SP, but multiplayers been a ****show ngl(yeah I know sp is more important)

Great with SP? Not really. They are obviously working more on SP but there is only an early game for it atm

I think it would be great if they showed us some roadmap or something like that. I think they need more interaction with community. Something like the Dev-Blogs. But I understand that there is one major problem Corona.

It would be great if they start unlocking some features. Because SP is not as much fun as base warband... warband has even FEASTS! <3 and balanced nations.

they can just put a community dev who streams on twitch, it gets all recorded there anyways whatever he says

Their primary concern is single player, not sure why so many people don't seem to get that. They will likely impliment changes in multiplayer later. Just provide feedback for what is wrong. I wouldn't expect many fixes until Singleplayer is more complete

You came to the wrong neighbourhood. MP was always part of the game and mp has some glareing issues that needs fixing like the servers. Idm if they fix crashes first but if they start adding new features to SP before fixing MP. Thats what i like about free2play games if you dont like what they doin you can just give em no money. Now i gotta settle for a bad steam review -.-

A part of the game doesn't mean the focus of the game. To argue that MP was anywhere the primary reason most people played Mount and Blade would be ridiculous. But that really is besides the point.

The game isn't out, it isn't going to be a full experience and leaving a poor review for incomplete features means you bought the game for the wrong reasons. (I honestly don't think reviews should be allowed for EA at all, forums/discussions are enough) They were clear about the state of Early Access, and only people who were willing to have a incomplete game that they were essentially beta testing should have bought it. Did they take a hell of a lot of time to get into EA? For sure, and if you think they spent too long getting to that point, then you shouldn't support them by buying it.

Multiplayer is missing a lot right now, and needs fixes. but the majority of the playerbase is more interested in Singleplayer, which is where Taleworlds priorities lie. I would not expect changes in MP until late in EA. If the releases and there are still issues, bad reviews would be justified. Based on the frequency of Single player fixes, if/when they do switch their focus to MP, I would be optimistic of them listening to the issues at least.

Does not excuse them not communicating, i dont care if they focus on sp i just want to know what they are doing and eta's on things. Its like they want mp to fail at this point...the aus community is dieing already with no matchmaking servers, we are making events in warband to try and keep some people interested, thats just sad.

They don't even have ETA's for single player. A roadmap would be nice, I agree but if they can't guarantee times on a section of the game they don't seem to have a current focus on currently. They have been communicating quite a bit on Single-player, once they have ironed that out, I don't see them just ignoring the MP side of things.

I just dont see how ignoring thier paying customers is good business, takes very little effort to say what they are working on, thier goals, issues and just showing they care just bloody slightly. We payer full price for an EA and then they go silent... communication is key at this point.

I mean, its not like there has been radio silence. If you keep track of Callums posts and replies and such, they have already stated that private servers will be added, that modes like Battle and Duel will be implemented. When their focus is actually on multiplayer I would expect individual issues to be. addressed. I think people are jumping the gun a bit saying "The devs aren't listening"

Callum has only given very vague answers and the fact he is the only one looking or replying maybe once a week is pathetic.

Ye we still waiting for that duel server btw ^^.

He's been active on the forums for ages, going back to the previous iteration. Upcoming features like dedicated servers and different modes has been known for over a year now and yet posts like these still pop up. Even when Devs communicate, people don't listen.

As I've said, specific feedback has been addressed promptly for Single Player, thats where their focus is. I'm not worried about that level of communication for multiplayer when the focus is on it. If later in EA where singleplayer is in a good situation, and we still don't see issues being addressed in MP? Then the outrage is justified.

Duels were tested on servers in Beta, it will be in the game.

I know it will be in the game. But there is no point adding them in 7 months when everyone stopped playing
