As for the job opening for an "Unannounced Project", companies frequently end up with a lot of specialized personnel who are no longer needed for the current game, but it would be difficult to replace those people if they were to be laid off. Net result is that a second game is put into development (possibly related to the first, possibly not). When people are not needed for the main project, they're reassigned to the secondary project. Eventually, the main project is "finished" (or abandoned), and the secondary project becomes the new "main" focus. I don't doubt that Taleworlds has something on the back burner to keep its employees occupied while they're not needed for Bannerlord. It's also a good place to break in new talent, without having to divert urgently needed people from the main project to properly train and acclimate the new hires.
