Chapter 1: Spending the day with the family and friends
Torbran just had an wonderful day with his family and friends. It was now spring so everyone where exited for the new season to finally get their crops settled. But the night however changed his life forever. Was it destinies twist of fate or where the gods angry at him.
As Torbran and his neighbors where traveling across the mountains to tell their Lord what had happened they saw some looters trying to rob them which was an wrong timing because the men where now looking for blood to ease their pain....

Chapter 2: Old friends turning up when needed
As the villagers almost came back to the city after days of traveling they met an army now marching out from the city. It was an old friend to Torbran who now where marching out his army to repel the Battanian attack. He gave Torbran an axe as he now had enlisted back in to the army and they where now on their way to retake an castle the Battanians had been taken inside their terratory.

Chapter 3: Ambush by the night
The men finished of the last Battanians in the castle as there where no room for mercy left in the Sturgians hearts.
But there where no time for rest. The king where out for blood and vengeance so he ordered the army to march out as he left some behind until reinforcement arrived. As the night came they spotted an Battanian army heading their way. The King ordered his men up to an hill to await until the Battanians would come closer....

Chapter 4: Saving the Village
When the morning came the army where now marching down by an river to visit an village by the mountainside. But as they came closer they could hear villagers screaming above them. And when they cut the corner they could see that Battanians where in full swing raiding....

Chapter 5: The little girl by the river
The King ordered the men to rest during the day so they could march out in the evening. And when the evening came they all went more towards the west. But they didnt come far from the village before they spotted another Battanian army and the King ordered everyone to attack...

Chapter 6: Repelling an ambush by Kranirog pass
As the army reached Kranirog pass their King ordered them silently to halt. their scout had spotted shadows moving by the narrow pass next to the side on the mountain. After considering some options the King decided instead to charge against the shadows.....

Chapter 7: The Kings strategical masterplan
When they exited the pass in the morning they saw an considerable larger army then theirs marching out from Kranirog castle towards the pass.
The King then ordered Torbran to take the mercenaries to stand on a hill. It might look like insanity since Battanians had many good archers with them but he had a plan and Torbran knew that the King was an strategical master planner from the past war. The only thing he had to worry about now was if the men could stand the pressure and be patient for the right moment....
