Taking features from mods

I wonder if thers' been thoughts of taking features from the mods, specifically I was thinking of the Final Days mod with its upgraded faction depths, and the mag7 mod with its expanded hirable unit trees. And I'm waiting to see what the deal is with the Lombard leagues, but seems to have a wealth of features to mine from the description. Granted there would have to be some kind of compensation to the modders to include their stuff in the commercial version, but I bet the cool factor of seeing their stuff included would bring the price down.
 
Heh, compensation is silly. It goes without saying but Ive told Armagan he can take any feature/concept/idea in any of my mods and put it in the main game, change it around, whatever, no problem. Its his game, Im just playing around.

Id rather he just work on engine and mod tools features myself but I hope he takes ideas from various mods when the time comes to work on the standard campaign again. Different people will have different inspirations so why not include whatever good ideas he can find?
