Started a series of Tablut games and the one ongoing as of this post is stuck with the game host not moving a piece despite having the area to move and it being his turn. Being unable to forfeit during his turn and waiting for several minutes no progress has been made other than this thread stating as such. I hope there is an other resolution to this other than restarting the game and causing a possible loss of gold to other players and a loss of progress to those who do not frequently save.
