Update: I had a CTD upon entering a Tavern. Finding the root cause to the issue...

I figured out it wasn't me but the sky box mod that had issues with its text file. The author did a bad hack job so I'm opting it out with my original choice in the next patch.

Update 2:
Will upload as soon as I make sure the patch works. Also added the Realistic texture 1.22 without taller grass and better building texture mod to the patch. Updated Night Sky textures.

Update 3:
The texture mod wasn't included in the M&B Repository Patch but it is for the ModDB patch of v3.90.

Nope I haven't received that error since 3.82 so therefore I don't know yet. If it happens again you should post your rgl_log.txt file. I did update the mod to v3.90 so maybe that might help.

But that bug is a mystery bug. There is no where in my script where I give anyone exp. points.

Ahh... I hate that bug. Hmm... could you play in edit mode this time for me? If you do that I'll be able to see a ton of more info in the rgl_log.txt file. Maybe I can trace where the bug starts at.

See I was thinking that somewhere a piece of code went haywire and defaulted to give exp. to the player. I may have an idea though.

Question: Does that bug happen more than once in one play through? If it does I think I might know what the issue is.

I haven't received it yet so I'll notify you if I do.

Update:
Just got it... I'm gonna throw the game in debug mode and test there.

It might be a random event because I didn't get finish checking all of them. I'm going to do that now.
 
I was unable to re-create in that particular game, it was recurring in 3.88 though maybe if I waited a little longer or triggered it somehow but i did start a new game in edit mode and created it again

Thanks again for patching things so fast.

While I'm here though... Is there an easy way to disable the dust that gets stirred up by cavalry? I haven't used my desktop in so long that I forgot that there's an issue with some nvidia cards with this specific type of effect..... and it has one of those graphics cards. ( x_X only want to disable the dust clouds.) Furthermore, where are my nail clippers!? Although good for scratching, my nails are getting stuck in the nail-grooves in some of my keys, making this typing to be somewhat irritating! (Even though I've worn off some of the letters, and inserted a few springs under some of the keys, this keyboard pwns. I understand why the S,D,C keys are worn bare, for obvious reasons... but why the V, L, and O? EXPLAIN THIS ALSO! :evil:)

That should kill the life span of the dust. I'll update the mod so dust isn't much of an issue.

On a note not related to my missing nailclippers... Computica, I believe the tavern in Indalus is broken. Every time I try to go in there, everything freaks out. The game shows the inside of the tavern for one second, then nothing, then the tavern, then nothing... repeats a few times (unable to move) and also shows a blue sky with clouds through the wall to my right. Sometimes I can leave by pressing tab, other times it just freezes up. Tested this three times. Is the spawnpoint wrong, and I'm being trapped in a void between the door and nothing? I donno. Couldn't see enough while there to tell. :shock:

You might have done something wrong. The tavern loads up fine for me. Can you take a picture of it?

had a terven crash too but in some nord city
and btw i  had the 29k exp bug
this time i cheacked for having the 1.143 version

I'm downloading 3.89 Full from the ModDB server, a patch for 3.90 is available but is listed as 3.88-3.90, will it still work on the 3.89 full version without errors?

How about making a torrent and put it on the piratebay :wink:?
M&BRepository takes 3 hours to download it. I can seed for a week or two with 500kb/sec upload.
