You can download language mods. Not sure if any have been made for .960 yet.

Mount&Blade includes translations for Turkish (tr) and Spanish (es). For other languages you will need to download a translation pack from the translations thread. A German translation hasn't been done yet, but others have.

To use an installed language simply change the language code in C:\Program Files\Mount&Blade\language.txt (or wherever you installed the game).
