Swingable polearms should have a mounted swing attack

I've been using a poleaxe to great effect on foot, but I noticed it's impossible to swing on horseback. You can only thrust. It doesn't make any sense to try and lance someone down with a poleaxe

It's near impossible to swing something like the poleaxe efficiently with one hand. Too long with a lot of weight at the end of it.

Poleaxes and such shouldn't even be useable on horseback.
