News Update
All high Swadian figures of Lvennkhal seem to have been disappeared. Both knights, both Viscounts, and even the Count Galmar himself seem to have been disappeared in thin air. Also most, if not all, of the Lord Dragonfell's troops are nowhere to be found. No one seem to know where they are, or what happened to them.
King Harlaus's council of advisors were alarmed when they learned about the current situation in Lvennkhal. They are afraid that the Rhodoks were behind the disappearings, and the reason is quite obvious. Taking the Swadian commanders out of the equation, the Swadian side of Lvennkhal would be more than easy to invade. Their spies had also heard rumor of Rhodok nobility taking control of the estate in the Rhodok side of the Dragonfell border. This too was a sign of a possible invasion.
Luckily, there were two men still commanding Swadian troops. The council had learned of the captains Hector and Sebastian for their deeds against the rebellion against Lord Sirmen, and now that they alone with their men keep the border guarded safe from both Sirmen and Dragonfell sides, they quickly decided to take action.
They hastily wrote a letter, and presented their case to the King Harlaus himself, who saw the action taken to be the correct one, and closed the letter with his own seal. A messenger was sent to Lvennkhal with the letter, as the council thought that there was no time to waste.
In Lvennkhal the messenger rode straight to the Sirmen castle, and demanded to see both officers. Bearing the ring of King Harlaus, he was let in. He was brought to front of the officers, and the messenger gave the letter to Hector, who was the senior captain, and higher ranked of the two.
Hector eyed the letter, and his eyes widened when he saw the personal seal of the King. With trembling hands he broke the seal and opened the letter. It was indeed wrote in haste: the handwriting was not groomed, and there were some words just struckhrough and replaced with another. Hector started to read the letter out loud to Sebastian, but soon the words got caught in his throat. Anxious to know what the letter said, Sebastian took it, and read it himself. It took Sebastian too by surprise.
The letter was short, and very clear. Hector and Sebastian were knighted, and assigned as protectors of the Swadian side of Lvennkhal area. The Viscounts' castles and troops were given to their use, until the viscounts return, or they are given to other lords. Sir Hector stays at the command of the Sirmen side, and the Dragonfell side is given for Sir Sebastian.
Few days later, Count Delinard arrived to Lvennkhal in secrecy, and formally knighted the two.
