Suggestions from GoT Game...

If anyone's played the "Game of Thrones" game you'd see a few cool little ideas they have around diplomacy e.g. making secret alliances, spy networks, assassins etc.

Although personally I think the game was a bit rushed, I couldn't help but think how cool it would be to put some of it's ideas into Pendor. Interesting. Yes.

haha very true... if you want a Game of Thrones fix, you're better off checking out what M&B WB Mods are in development for that, or a Medieval Total War 2 Mod that's currently in the Alpha Stage (open Alpha though), those will probably be a better option than what was in that Game of Thrones Game

The fans over in their official forums have been massively criticizing how bad that game is, which is pretty funny to read about ironically.

That is not possible unless they hire a very large game-making company to do it, and even then it may be worse than fan-made product. I would always play a fan-made game than an official, not-so-lore based game. Unless they do very good work with reading the series, they cannot compete with fan games.

Losing a battle by one man . Or getting declared war upon by every kingdom that was your ally....and they border you.....and getting excommunicated....within 4 turns of one another....

I decided to stay off of MTWII for a while.


To be honest, there already is some diplomacy in PoP, but as we know little to nothing about the new features of PoP4 (not complaining, surprises are fun!), we can't really tell if they already planned something like that etc. etc.

The Warband mod has incredible art, don't know anything about the features though.

Or best, purchase the whole A Song of Ice and Fire circle by George R.R. Martin and read those cool things up yourself! But be careful, Winter´s coming!
