Selling fiefs without perk give player more opportunities:
Firstly, if a player captured settlements and can't recruit any vassals because they want millions of denars, the player will be able to give them any fiefs that he/she own.
Secondly, player could make peace with some faction without money.
Also, the player can give the fief to a vassal from their faction, but now it is easy to return it back, spending only influence at least because of the coucil of commons.
At the moment, you can only do this with a high trading skill and you can also buy fiefs or exchange them.
