[Suggestion?] Tips.

This is something that's bothered me for a while that I never see anyone mention: You don't have time to read the in-game tips.

You know, those tips that come up during loading screens? I usually have less than a second to glance over it before the screen changes. Those tips can be very useful to new people, the few times I did get to read them I found out things I didn't know!

Is there a way to read them somewhere else? If so I'd like to know. Otherwise, perhaps they need to be displayed differently for those who do want to read them? I don't know.

Anyone else feel this way? I'm sorry if this has been mentioned before.

Wood be a good idea to add them to the Notes tab.

Some of them do not seem to work for me.

It says Crossbows are less effective in rain, but AFAIK, there is no difference for me.
