Two or three locally saved setups for each class, accessable just by clicking a button on the equipment screen.
I usually take the same one or two setups each time I play any class, and having to manually setup the same thing each time I play is mildly irritating.
e.g. join a server, pick a faction and class. On the equipment screen, choose what you want, and have a couple of buttons at the bottom (that should show the total cost of the saved setup), click on one to save the setup, and play. Any time you play that class, just clicking that button again will set all your gear to what you saved. ctrl+click the button to erase the saved setup.
