The Combat tips is useless, and having your troops advance just until Tier 3 is not optimal as well. I mean why we have this system when we had really good one? Based on LEVEL of the trainer skill and based on our character level. It does not make much sense, and Combat tips gives only 15 xp which is worthless. Basic infantry levels up after 40+ DAYS.
