[Suggestion] Perks acquired from skill combinations

I'm in the camp of people who quite like the "do things to level them up" system, but I think (apart from just being balanced better) it could be a tad spicier.

A lot of you might be familiar with how Policies work in EU4: When you finish multiple idea groups, each (or rather most) combination unlocks a unique policy that you can activate for a bonus. Similarly i think the Bannerlord skill system would be more interesting if perks weren't just a linear skill tree inside of each skill, but rather different perks would be unlocked if you reached a combination of two different skill levels.
There are already a few perks that cross reference mechanics from other skills, like the "Horse Healer" perk in medicine or trade's "Toll gates", which is more of a fief related perk than trade related.

Now I haven't thought it through very much, possibly some skills wouldn't synergise too well and finding combination perks could be a bit of a stretch, but putting that aside for now, I think this would make the skill tree a lot more interesting and more dynamic between playthroughs.
